In an increasingly fast-moving world with an excess of information, we believe that we are not just dealing with consumers. We are dealing with people: people full of stories, affections, dreams and memories. These elements are fundamental, as they explain gears and logics (also of consumption), which often go unnoticed.

Desk Research
After collecting data and available information, the desk method allows us to deepen a specific topic before going to the fieldwork.
Online Monitoring
Through digital applications, we can capture the main impressions and opinions, both verbally and audiovisually.
In-depth Interview
Involves one-on-one engagement with interviewee's universe, in a way that we can deepen ideas on a particular subject.
Focus Group
By exploring different points of view on a given topic, we can capture many insights and alternatives possibilities of researching it.
Review
Providing a cosy and familiar environment different than a mirror room for participants, we explore and obtain valuable insights and perceptions for the research.
Street Survey
We identify strategic places for research, and then we go on these places conducting brief interviews on the spot where we identified recurrences, consumption profiles and mind-sets construction.
Hidden Client
Reproducing a real purchase/service context, we evaluate the experience of selling or providing services, identifying possible gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Participant Observation
With minimal interference, observing with non-verbal discourse, we trace behaviors, mapping signs and patterns of use and/or consumption.
Co-creation Workshop
After collecting the final data from research, we co-created strategic solutions in partnership with the client’s team.

Stern
Graduated in Marketing and Advertising at PUC-Rio, Nicoli started her career with market research in 2014 at Casa7. After collaborating with Wonderboom Consultoria Criativa, later she continued as a freelancer working on projects for clients such as Farm, Reserva, Kellogg's, L'Óreal , Coca-Cola, Prezunic, Oi, Ambev, Via Mia, Raízen, among others.
She is the founder of @instaquizzoficial - a research platform on Instagram. Acutely aware of culture and behavior, she is always on the lookout for new trends. Spontaneous, she loves to talk to people taking valuable advantage of her "poker face" in field research. She is naturally a curious person, which helps to bring brands closer to their consumers.

Instaquizz was created from Nicoli's quest, a naturally curious person,
to understand people's behaviors and preferences. Created in 2017 with two more friends, the instant search platform has been growing. It now has a little over
40 thousand followers, who respond to polls daily.
Besides being fun for Nicoli, Instaquizz also acts as an essential
tool for strategically testing research approaches.
